engage in in the group facilitations with an instructor.
III. HONOURING THE ELDERLY

participants at treasure the gift of life as they get to remind those who
came before that they too are not over-looked.

greatest percentage towards the goal of healthier studier youth

suffice to be of great importance.

their best.
X. After School Camps
Rehabilitation of those from school grounds that would like to continue
seeking further guidance and counseling can continue with during the
holidays. This to can be grounds for acquiring new members of the
Organization.
IMPLETATION OF THE GOALS.
Steps have been taken to see that “the genius” program has taken
to effect. With the teenagers in the suburbs who are more invested
in making money and doing all the can to fend for themselves, this
resulted to the focus being directed towards the 10–15-year-old
and even younger.
The core values are seen more clearly amongst the participants
here as the children even at such tender ages pick the sense of
self responsibility all by themselves. With a little guidance from the
instructor the rest is left to them as they continue to discover
themselves and learn new things the best way they can.
As it may have been observed that there are a multitude of
recipients to the aid, a more phased approach is to be used,
categorization of the different age groups, personas, victimized for
a more effective service delivery. Sensitization is a key aspect that
can be done through the exploitation of the social media platforms.
Self-reliance is to be a key aspect as well and so with the teenage
entrepreneurs, that may help to give back to the Organization as
well as provide life skills to the participants. Even with the
openness of the program, work is to be put in by all those involved.
How best this is to be countered should be put to consideration.
With idea of this being run by fellow peers, guidance training and
apprenticeship ay be necessary to the younger youth board that
will be in place. With the fair amount of those in the first stages
being either dropouts or those with no education background, the
bespoke curriculum or mode of teaching and all personnels that are to aid in its implementation are to acquire a certain degree of
understanding as well.
Mode of operation of all the above is to be looked at keenly and
restructured accordingly taking into consideration the tools, labor
and time necessary for the development of both the Organization
and its intended targets. For smooth growth of the organization as
well. This to will help to reflect the text with the actions on ground
and help for a better understanding of the process where and how
each phase falls in.
